INSTRUCTIONS FOR A BAPTISM
(one months in advance)

  1. Watch this instructional video on Catholic Baptism with an open mind and generous heart.
     
  2. Print out this Baptismal Information Form and complete all the information.
     
  3. Contact the office: 705-742-5466 or office@immaculatepeterborough.ca to arrange a meeting with the priest.  Bring the completed Baptismal form to that meeting.
     
  4. A date for your baptism will be scheduled at that time.
