Fall Fun Fair

The parish of Immaculate Conception will be hosting a fall sale on Saturday, November 23rd, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception School and Parish Hall. If you know of someone who may be interested in renting space, please let them know about this event!

ITEMS FOR THE SILENT AUCTION NEEDED!

If you have anything of value you would like to donate, or know a business that will donate a product or gift card for our silent auction, please bring these items to the office as soon as possible.

HOW CAN YOU HELP TO MAKE THE FALL FUN FAIR A GREAT SUCCESS?

  1. Set aside Friday morning November 22nd to help set up.
  2. Set aside Saturday, November 23rd from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to take part.
  3. Set aside Saturday, November 23rd at 2:00 p.m. to take down and clean up.
  4. Check out your jewellery box or valet for items you do not wear anymore and seriously consider donating them to our “New To You Jewellery Table”.
  5. Donate a few of your culinary masterpieces (jams, jellies and canning) to our “Homemade Preserves Table”.
  6. Obtain donations for our “Silent Auction Table”. (Note: We may save a few for the Annual Fashion Show.)
  7. Encourage Artisans and Crafters to purchase a table to display their wares ($20 per table).
  8. Volunteer your ideas and time.
  9. And most of all, invite everyone you know to drop by and take part!

If you are a vendor and wish to participate, the following are the details:

  • Sale spaces will be allotted in the same order that reservations are received.
  • Tables are 5-feet in length and will include two chairs for $20.
  • Refreshments will be available for vendors to purchase on site.
  • We request a gift from your table at least two weeks prior to the sale.
  • Set up time is Friday, November 22nd, 2019 from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
  • Take down is Saturday, November 23rd, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
          PLEASE DO NOT TAKE DOWN EARLY.
NOTE: On the day of the sale, please DO NOT park on the Church or School lots, so that our shoppers will have parking spots. Much appreciated!

Please drop off your payment to the parish office (hours: Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) at 386 Rogers Street, Peterborough and provide the following information:
  • Name

  • Cell Phone
  • Name of Craft
  • Number of Tables
  • If you require electrical
  • If you wish wall space
